Working very closely with Mace, Subcontractors and Suppliers across the UK and The Netherlands, Ynomia was able Precast, Cladding, Glazing and Steelwork Components from Design, Manufacture, Assembly, Transit, Install and Handover.
The Ynomia Digital Twin Dashboard was used by and benefited various stakeholders, including Head Contractor, Client, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Consultants and Quantity Surveyors for various purposes throughout the project, including for the assessment of Progress Claims and vesting of off-site materials.
Working with Mace, we delivered automated real-time information status and progress insights for the MaceTech's HRS (High Rise Solution) Units, including prefabricated external slabs, internal slabs, columns, U-beams, stairs and landings across both Tower 1 (26 Levels) and Tower 2 (31 Levels) for the residential N06 development in the famous London 2012 Olympic village.
443 Queen St is Brisbane's first truly subtropical apartment tower. Located on the last riverfront location in the Brisbane CBD, designed by Singapore-based firm WOHA and locally based firms Architectus and Taylor Cullity Lethlean, the 47 storey tower will include 300 apartments.
Ynomia helped the team to track the status of the complete in-situ structure and over 5,000 facade panels through the supply chain to their final location on the building.
Victoria University (VU) Tower, the tallest university building in the southern hemisphere, comprises of around 43,300sqm floor area over 32 levels. With strong support from contractors and subcontractors, Ynomia was able to push the envelope and add immense value through a highly-automated and sensor-based application, tracking concrete structure, facade panels and other parts of the project to connect Supply Chain and Site like never before.
